Shipping and Delivery Policy

xStore provides delivery service within Qatar.

Delivery Areas and Fees

Delivery within Doha and most nearby areas is QAR 30.

Delivery fees for distant areas may reach QAR 60. The fee will be confirmed with the customer before preparing or dispatching the order when needed.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within two hours from order confirmation, depending on product availability, order volume, and delivery location.

Daily delivery hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Address Details

To ensure fast and accurate delivery, please provide a clear address including:
- Area
- Street number
- House or apartment number
- Nearest landmark, if available
- Valid contact phone number

Order Confirmation

We may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order, address, delivery fee, or payment method before preparing the order.

Delays or No Response

If the customer does not respond to delivery calls or messages, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled depending on service availability.

Installation and Setup

Delivery does not include installation or product setup unless clearly mentioned on the product page or agreed in advance with the xStore team.

Cancellation During Delivery

If the courier reaches the customer’s address and the customer requests to cancel the order, delivery fees may apply.
