أسئلة الشراء والتوصيل في قطر
ماذا يبيع xStore؟
إلكترونيات وإكسسوارات تشمل أجهزة وأساور WHOOP، وسماعات، وشواحن، وإكسسوارات الهواتف والسيارات، ومنتجات الحياة الذكية والسفر، وطاولات وحوامل. تحقق من الأسعار الحالية بالريال القطري وتوفر المخزون في صفحة كل منتج.
أين توصلون وما الرسوم؟
التوصيل داخل قطر فقط. الرسوم 30 ريالًا قطريًا للدوحة ومعظم المناطق القريبة، وحتى 60 ريالًا قطريًا للمناطق البعيدة، مع التأكيد عند الحاجة.
متى يصل الطلب؟
نهدف إلى التوصيل خلال ساعتين من تأكيد الطلب، حسب المخزون والموقع وحجم الطلبات. هذا ليس ضمانًا للتوصيل خلال ساعتين. ساعات التوصيل من 10 صباحًا إلى 10 مساءً.
هل يشمل الشراء التركيب أو الإعداد؟
التركيب والإعداد غير مشمولين إلا إذا ذُكر ذلك صراحةً أو تم الاتفاق عليه.

What does xStore sell?
Electronics and accessories including WHOOP devices and bands, headphones, chargers, phone and car accessories, smart living and travel products, tables and stands. Check each product page for current prices in QAR and inventory availability.
Where do you deliver, and what are the fees?
Delivery is within Qatar only. Doha and most nearby areas cost QAR30; remote areas cost up to QAR60, with confirmation where needed.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver within 2 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock, location and demand. Two-hour delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery hours are 10AM–10PM.
Is installation or setup included?
Installation and setup are excluded unless explicitly included or agreed.
