Return and Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and includes its original packaging and accessories, with proof of purchase or order number.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect upon first use.
- Receiving a wrong item.
- Return request within 14 days from delivery, provided that the item meets the original-condition requirements.

Delivery Fees:
- Delivery fees are refunded only if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered.
- If the return is requested by the customer without an error from xStore, the customer may be responsible for delivery or pickup fees.
- If the courier reaches the customer’s address and the customer requests to cancel the order, delivery fees may apply.

Non-returnable items:
- Used items or items damaged due to misuse.
- Items without original packaging or accessories.
- Gift cards or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Warranty:
Warranty duration and terms vary depending on the product type and will be mentioned in the product details when available. Warranty does not apply in cases of misuse or damage caused by incorrect use.
